RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Melody House Musical Instruments LLC. is committed to selling high quality products. We appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you have bought.
If applicable, we will gladly refund or exchange the product subject to the following terms and conditions:
All products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection, in good and unused condition, original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. All products must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to ensure a full refund in the same method of purchase.
Where original receipts are not presented, an exchange or credit note will be issued against the current applicable product price.
Audio products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Non- refundable or non-exchangeable products and services apply to the following:

Labour, delivery and / or completed installation services.
Items that are damaged or miss-used with missing accessories.
Etched or otherwise personalized items (stickers, engraving, etc.).
Damaged or used products, which are no longer in sellable condition.
Delivery and installation charges, if the product has already been delivered or installed.
Any product purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection.

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused and in same condition you received it. Alternatively, you can return the product to your nearest MELODY HOUSE store.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item was shipped? If you notice any visible damage to the product upon delivery, then refuse the delivery and email or call our store, we suggest that you immediately return such products to your nearest MELODY HOUSE store.

SERVICE & REPAIRS
Our Service workshop provides maintenance and support for all microphones, electronics, pedals and loud speakers. Musical Instrument maintenance is not part of our services however we can refer you to other local repair collectives.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

REGISTRATION
Certain sections of, or offerings from, the Site may require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. Your registration must be done using your real name and accurate information. Each registration is for your personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. We do not permit (a) any other person using the registered sections under your name; or (b) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.

PAYMENTS
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

MIDDLE EAST CUSTOM
Certificate of Origin & other clearance documents are required to complete the clearance of a shipment into GCC region.

WARRANTY
Manufacturer warranty terms and conditions
The manufacturer warranty is at least one year from date of purchase, if applicable. Please retain your proof of purchase and warranty card for any claims The primary responsibility for warranty services rests with the principal supplier or manufacturer
The warranty becomes invalid if the product has been opened or tampered by unauthorized personnel Warranty repair service is excluded if the damage or defects have been caused by the following : Improper use, incorrect storage ,dropping ,excessive shocks ,corrosions ,water or sand damage.
The warranty is applicable only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
